A week qualifies with at least 3 office weekdays. Extra days in one week never make up for a short week.
The long view.
START WITH A ROUTINEYour default office pattern
Applies to all unedited weekdays, past and future. Your explicit day edits stay exactly as you set them.
KEEP IT SIMPLEThe 3 / 8 / 12 rule
3 office weekdays make a qualifying week. Weeks run Monday through Sunday; weekends never count.
8 of the last 12 completed weeks must qualify. This is a count of qualifying weeks, not an average of office days.
4 non-qualifying weeks can fit in a 12-week window. Boundary weeks with Mon–Wed and Wed–Fri attendance can create 34 consecutive days away, if every surrounding rolling window also passes.
No holidays, leave exemptions, partial-day rules, or actual attendance records are included. Dates use civil calendar arithmetic with no timezone conversions.
